Unified multi-site CMS platform for a national Canadian senior living operator

    A national senior living operator — Healthcare · 2023

A Sitecore multi-site platform unified multiple senior-living properties across Canada under one governable CMS — a shared component library for brand consistency, location-specific content, and CRM integration.

    Key Outcome

Unified brand experience and centralized content management across multiple properties

    The Work

    The Challenge

A national senior-living operator ran multiple properties across Canada, each managing content independently — no shared platform, no unified brand experience, and no way to centralise content governance. The operator needed a single CMS that could serve every property while allowing location-specific content strategies.

    The Approach

A Sitecore multi-site architecture unified all properties under one platform. A shared component library provided brand consistency while allowing location-specific configuration, and the platform was integrated with the operator's CRM for data continuity across resident and family touchpoints. Content-migration strategies were built per property, with location-specific content structures to support each site's operational requirements.

    The Outcome

The platform delivered a unified brand experience across all properties, enabled centralized content management with location-level flexibility, and reduced the operational overhead of maintaining separate content systems.
