The Challenge

A collectibles authentication and grading company needed to modernize and migrate multiple high-traffic sites onto a headless architecture with a unified design system, while replacing decades-old, manual B2B workflows — secure online ordering, authenticated account management, and integration with internal grading systems — with modern digital experiences.

The Approach

A Sitecore JSS (headless) architecture was integrated across multiple sites, with server-side rendering and performance-focused front-end strategies on Next.js hosted via Vercel and Sitecore Managed Cloud. Work contributed to a shared design system and reusable component library, coordinated across external agencies and client stakeholders, with authentication via Auth0 and marketing via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The Outcome

Multiple high-traffic sites were migrated to a unified headless architecture with a shared design system and reusable component library, modernizing long-standing manual B2B processes into digital self-service experiences on a sustainable technical foundation.
