Amica Senior Living operated multiple properties across Canada, each managing content independently with no shared platform and no unified brand experience.
The Approach
Jehad led the technical design of a Sitecore multi-site architecture unifying all Amica properties under a single platform. A shared component library provided brand consistency while allowing location-specific configuration. The platform integrated with Amica's CRM systems.
The Outcome
